Chapter 193
George suddenly turned around and saw Duke’s black eyes, which contained hidden anger.
“Don’t tell me you’re doing this for your mom’s reputation again.”
The man’s voice was cold, and it echoed in the small room.
George pursed his lips without answering. He just wanted to figure that woman out. However, he unexpectedly encountered his rival, and things just spiraled out of control. “Tell me. Why are you trying to deal with LaStar Technology Corporation?” Duke stared at George and asked coldly.
Although the codes on the screen had flashed by extremely fast, he had still been able to catch the website’s address.
His son, whom he was always proud of, had actually mounted a sneak attack on the website of a newly established studio. George lowered his head and clenched his fists. He gritted his teeth, but he did not say a word. “Your hacking skills are some of the best worldwide, and less than ten websites in the country can defend themselves from your attack,” Duke said sternly. “I’m going to say this for the last time. You’re not allowed to attack any company with your hacking skills again.” George suddenly raised his head. “I can’t attack any company or I can’t attack Adina Daugherty’s company?” Duke narrowed his eyes. “What do you mean?” “Dad, you know what I mean.”
George took off his shoes, got on his bed, and covered his head with his blanket. Duke stared at his small arching body with a deep frown.
George’s animosity toward Adina was odd.
The accident was still under investigation. He really did not understand why George kept accusing Adina of being the culprit.
He walked out of the room and gently shut the door.
