Chapter 631
She kept convincing herself to hold on, and after a few seconds, she made sure to tell him off in a shy manner.
"You have Catherine’s perfume all over you now. There are even lipstick stains on your shirt. If you want to touch me, you should take a shower first."
It turned out that she was still jealous.
Earl’s intense expression faded slightly. He smelled his body, and there was indeed a very strong scent of perfume. He took off his coat, curled his lips, and said, "Wait for me.I'll take a shower first."
Adina lowered her head and collected the glass pieces on the ground.
"Take your time.Don’t fall in the bathroom again."
"am I that dumb?" Earl chuckled and entered the bathroom.
Adina lowered her head, and her tears almost fell. She quickly cleaned up the glass shards on the floor and later reentered with a bottle of red wine.
When Earl stepped out of the shower, there were two glasses of red wine on the tea table in the bedroom.
"Come and have a drink."
Adina flashed him a ghost of a smile.
"The night we received our marriage certificate, we drank like this too.Then..."
She looked down, and it was obvious from her side profile that she was blushing.Earl sat down as she requested.
It had been Duke in the past, but it would be him every day from now on.
Only he would be in all her memories in the future.
Earl put his hand on Adina’s shoulder, gently squeezing and caressing it.
Adina tried her best to endure it.She smiled bashfully and said, "Duke, do you still remember the first day we met?"
Earl was a little annoyed, and he drank half of the wine.
