“Ms. Daugherty, you can‘t go in. This is the Jones Corporation’s meeting room. Please don‘t go any further.”

The meeting room‘s door was flung open.

Everyone looked up in unison and saw the woman who had been making the news headlines frequently over the past two days suddenly appearing in front of them.

Adina ignored the stunned gazes of the people and walked into the room.

She walked straight toward Jasmine and reached up to grab her collar.

“What are you doing? Let go of me!”

Jasmine had been seated nicely until she was suddenly lifted to her feet. She kept screaming out of fear.

Adina pushed her fingers together and placed them against the back of Jasmine‘s waist. She deftly located an acupressure point and pressed down on it.
