“Can’t I have a baby without speaking with him?” she asked with a sluggish tone, and her expression was nonchalant.

Adam frowned. “Can you speak to me properly? “

“Hah,” Shirley chuckled, “you seem to be the one who refuses to talk properly, Adam.”

Adam was speechless for a moment.
