After Charlotte left, Megan helped Diana back to the hospital bed and could not help asking, “Why did you quarrel?”

Diana sobbed and turned around and refused to answer.

Megan could see that it was not a common quarrel. Before Charlotte, she took a look at Diana, as if saying that she would not be Diana’s friend anymore.
