Alice said coldly and then looked at the papers.

They continued the meeting. Rachel had been waiting outside the door for more than an hour. When the door of the conference room was open, Rachel turned to look at them nervously.

When she raised her head, she saw Hugo walking out of the meeting room with an emotional expression. He didn’t look at her and walked by her directly.

Ada patted her on the shoulder and said gently, “It is your fault. You’ve heard what Alice said that day. If you don’t want to stay here, you can leave the company. I think she is right. People should do things out of their heart.”

Then she smiled and walked away from her.

After Ada left, Rachel was very unhappy. Her words didn’t affect Ada at all. Ada just smiled and talked for others. But Rachel thought that Ada was hypocritical.
