Sonya saw a grocery not far ahead, with its lights still on. So, she gritted her teeth and ran towards

The man had already been able to touch her, grabbing her arm several times, but she managed to shake him off. 

Just as Sonya was about to reach the grocery, a middle–aged man came out holding a box. She saw him and immediately shouted for help. 

The middle–aged man quickly put down what he was holding and ran a few steps towards Sonya, shielding her behind him. Then, he kicked away the drunkard who was chasing after her. 

“Deon, what the F**K are you doing? What’s wrong with you? Do you want to spend a few days in the police station?” 

Deon Ellis, the drunkard, was kicked and sent sprawling on the ground a few times. When he finally managed to get up and laid eyes on the man, he immediately cowered and escaped.
