Nathan graciously accepted the compliments. He played the gentleman as he quipped, “Women do have a penchant for incessant chattering–please excuse me. Yet, his satisfied smile gave him away. 

After Sienna left, Rebecca became Nathan’s first serious relationship, arranged by his grandfather. Coming from a prestigious family, she was understanding and accommodating, ever arguing with him. Compared to Sienna, Rebecca seemed like a better choice for his wife. 

However, Nathan couldn’t forget Sienna. He found himself haunted by her every expression, often mistaking Rebecca for Sienna. Knowing Sienna would attend today, Nathian invited Rebecca to show off that he had many wonderful women around him post–breakup. 

As Nathan chatted, he kept glancing toward the entrance, checking the time. Finally, he spotted Sienna walking in fashionably late, and with her was Yvette, someone he never expected to see there.. 

Yvette, Sienna, and Bruce commanded attention upon entering the party hall. Yvette stood regal, a red ribbon at her wrist complementing her flowing black gown, showcasing her striking features. 

With the hotel’s lights illuminating her, Yvette arched an eyebrow, long lashes casting shadows over her confident gaze. One side of her hair was casually tucked behind her ear, revealing her stunning face. 

Sienna linked arms with Bruce, enjoying the astonished looks from others until her soft cough returned everyone to reality. “Is that Sienna? The chief designer of Vibe? The woman next to her looks familiar.” 

“I recognize Sienna, but who’s the girl beside her? I don’t remember seeing her in circles.” 

“My goodness! Isn’t that the big boss behind Vibe who’s been in the headlines!” 

“Now that you mention it, I remember. She founded Vibe in Clusia before she even hit adulthood.” 

“I can’t believe it! It’s amazing a girl like her built such a fashion empire!” 

And all this, Nathan watched Sienna in her stunning red dress, feeling an intense stir. But when he saw Bruce beside her. his expression darkened. Thoughts raced in his mind: that man had driven Sienna home last time; they were clearly close 

now. 

Sienna sensed Nathan’s predatory gaze from the distance, making her skin crawl. She wondered what his stare meant. She couldn’t believe this disgusting man ever appealed to her. 

Everyone has a rogue in their youth, but luckily, with Yvette, she felt somewhat safe. Clinging tightly to Bruce brought her comfort; she wanted no more entanglements with the Goodman family. 

Unfazed by the whispers, Yvette walked toward a quiet corner of the room, seeking solitude. Sienna and Bruce planned to follow, but acquaintances quickly approached them, pulling them into conversations. 

While many tried to connect with Yvette, they found her commanding presence intimidating and instead turned to Sienna Sienna found herself juggling a wine glass and responding to well–wishers alongside Bruce. 

Meanwhile, Yvette relaxed on a sofa, casually pulling out her phone to explore FastPulse Technologies Latest game. She lounged like she was at home, her relaxed vibes inviting glances but no one dared approach her. 

After a while, Yvette defeated her last opponent in the game and squinted at Sienna and Bruce still chatting. She then decided to head toward the balcony. 

On the balcony, Klein stood alone, gazing at the city lights befor turning to look back at the lavish party hall. The faces of the attendees wore masks of insincerity, each present for their own agenda.

As Klein sipped his red wine, Jill approached Klein with his flashy entourage. Instantly, Klein’s mood darkened at the sight of Jill, feeling the urge to ignore him.

Jill’s expression soured at his words, angrily pushing Nina’s hand away. “Klein, since we share this filthy blood, no one is superior. So what if I chase favors? 

“I’m living the high life with fast cars and beautiful women. What do you have? Dignity? You got kicked out of Xander Group and live off a scholarship. What’s there to be proud of?” 

Klein looked at Jill with cold amusement, utterly unfazed.
