“Let‘s go, Charles,” Sylvia said to Charles. She did not spare Shermaine a glance and simply turned to leave.

Ruth said that many men liked to play the knight in shining armor. As long as she acted realistically , she might be able to jump into Odell‘s arms and weep, making him pity her more. Unexpectedly, Sylvia turned up and even insisted on defending that fool and annoying Odell. However, what surprised Shermaine even more was that Odell stood up for her while disregarding Sylvia.
