Suddenly, his phone rang.

It was Jason.

John answered it and put it next to his ear. “What is it?”

Jason said, “Sir, Ada Wright and Carl Sager got into a big argument in front of the Sagers’ office this morning. She’s trying to be with Carl but got rejected in front of a crowd. Madam was there when that happened, but she watched from a corner. Ada spotted her and shouted at her, but she ignored her and left.”

John went silent for a moment. “Ada Wright? Ron Wright’s niece?”

“Yes. You ordered us to keep an eye out for Ron Wright’s movements, and we spotted Ada being thrown out of the mansion by Ron’s new wife. Ron did not even try to hold her back. She stayed in a five-star hotel for a night and went straight to Carl this morning.

Ada was Ron’s niece. Now that Ron was evicted from the Sagers, Ada would follow as well.
