Timothy's expression grew serious. "I wasn't there for you two years ago, so now that Ginger is sick, I absolutely cannot leave her side for even a moment."
Mia glanced at Timothy, unsure of how to respond.
Her expression shifted uncomfortably as she stood up. Out of nowhere, everything around her blurred, and a sharp, stabbing pain shot through her head as if tiny needles were piercing her brain.
"What's wrong?" Timothy swiftly rushed to Mia's side, noticing her pale complexion.
He immediately turned to Gertrude. "Get the family doctor here!"
Gertrude nodded and went to make the arrangements. Observing the scene, Peyton's expression grew complex. It seemed Timothy didn't consider himself an outsider at all.
Mia awkwardly pushed Timothy away. "I'm okay, I just feel a bit dizzy. I probably had too much to drink last night."
"As the young lady of the Lane family, you don't need to resort to alcohol to entertain guests."
Seated on the sofa, Mia opened her eyes and met Timothy's gaze. "But last night's business banquet was an exception for me."
She wasn't just some pampered heiress, after all.
Soon, the family doctor, Finley Robinson, arrived to examine Mia. "Ms. Mia appears to be in good health. The dizziness is probably just a result of a hangover," he informed.
Standing nearby, Peyton hesitated to speak, wondering if Mia's old ailment had resurfaced. However, with Timothy present, Peyton felt uneasy about addressing the matter.
Glancing at Timothy, Mia remarked, "See? I told you there's nothing to worry about."
Timothy's expression softened slightly. "Having some breakfast might help."
As Mia settled into her seat at the dining table, her eyes couldn't help but wander to Timothy, who had followed her.
With a mischievous smile, she deliberately inquired, "Peyton, where do bodyguards usually have their meals?"
Peyton replied calmly, "They typically eat in the designated staff area."
As Peyton finished speaking, Mia rested her chin on her hand, offering Timothy a sly smile. "Timmo, why don't you go and have your meal?"

The readers' comments on the novel: Meet My Brothers by Red Thirteen
I've never encountered a book with over 1,000 chapters. Does the author or platform not use an editor? The writing and grammatical errors are quite frustrating....
Why does it read status ongoing? If it’s ongoing chapter 1187 isn’t the end, I’m confused...
Chapter 1187 is the end? Too soon of a ending if its the ending they just ruined the sorty for me...
It reads 7 chapters per day, yet today only 2...
Patiently waiting for her to realize they belong together...
More chapters please & conclusion in sight?...
Where are the chapters. Very slow. Story is taking too long?...
More chapters please...
Please update all the chapters...
I am so done with this never ending saga, with too much drama and never resolving any issues, only continuing to add more unresolved issues....
