If Hylda could not get an abortion in time, she would have no choice but to undergo an induced delivery later in the pregnancy.

She gave birth to Hugo at a private hospital, where it was easy to alter his blood type and stuff like that, but things were different now.

’Not yet!” Sophia got angry upon hearing that. “I brought a few men with me and planned to force her to get one. However, Dad hired several bodyguards to watch her, and I couldn’t even get close.”

Hylda clenched her fists. ‘I knew I couldn’t trust that scum! He’s full of shit!’

‘Where’s your dad? Bring him here!”

Sophia sneered. “It’s not going to help anything if I brought him here. That slut is having a baby boy. I guess you know him well enough. There’s no way he’ll get rid of a boy.”

Hylda was so surprised that she sat up abruptly. “What do you mean? A baby boy?”

Sophia said with a serious expression. “She went to an unlicensed clinic to find out her baby’s gender. Otherwise, why would Dad suddenly change his mind and not let her have the abortion? He only hired so many people to protect her because he feared we’d hurt her. Haven’t you noticed he’s avoided you these past few days?”
