Felicity was embarrassed about Richie tearing up Vermont’s clothes. “I think he likes you. I’ve never seen him so excited to see anyone before,” she said, trying to repair the damage.

Just as she said that, they heard Richie tearing another piece of clothing, and Vermont was utterly speechless.
