Chapter 1152
Fans often turned a blind eye to their idol’s morals if they did not go against the law. A celebrity’s follower deciding to leave the fandom was a huge deal. This caused Bella’s name to explode all over the internet. Out of all the times she had been in the eyes of the public, this was the first time she had gotten so much attention.
Stella was eating an apple while she scrolled on Facebook. Keegan sat next to her, answering his emails. “The suicide note is fake, right?” Stella asked. She agreed with the skeptics that Andrea would have published it to the public before her death.
“So what if it’s fake?” Keegan asked.
“You can go to jail for falsifying evidence,” Stella leaned over and explained.
Keegan glanced at her and said, “The suicide note was burned long ago. This is considered a rumor at best.
Though, the police wouldn’t have time to worry about such trivial matters right now. They have too much on their plate with the sexual assault case reopened.”
“And I thought you were an upstanding and law-abiding person,” said Stella.
“This is only the second time I’ve done something against the law,” Keegan replied indifferently.
“And what did you do the first time?” Stella asked, surprised.
She wanted to have the option of reporting his crime to the authorities if he ever mistreated her.
‘You bastard! How dare you tease me!’ Stella glanced at him and said, “Just don’t do it if you’re scared. I, for one, like excitement and danger.”
Keegan went silent for a while. When Stella thought he was deflated and no longer had a response, he added, “So you’re saying you want to have some fun with me?”
Stella did not give him an answer.
“I haven’t worn the mesh pajamas we bought at the night market last time. Do you want to see me in them?” Keegan tried to persuade her.
Stella’s eyelids twitched violently upon hearing that.
