Grace wore a mocking expression as she glanced at the stern-faced Darcie with a smirk. “Your daughter said she’s sick, but instead of going to the hospital, she looked for a man to take care of her. It seems like she can’t live without throwing herself at a man, huh? 1 “If she’s not interested in marrying into the Depp family, you can just say so. There’s no need to lie to Aaron and make him foolishly wait for nothing!”

Grace’s demeaning words immediately made Darcie’s expression sour, but she suppressed her anger. Just as she was about to speak, Keegan, who was standing next to Jaylene, beat her to it.
