Mr. Williams Wants His Ex-Wife Back novel Chapter 258

Although Rebecca was uncomfortable only because she was overworking and got a cold, Justin insisted on staying in Ottawa for another two days before coming back to New York.

Justin asked Rebecca to take a rest from her work in two days.

However, how could Rebecca be idle? She hurried to prepare the materials and data for her essay.

Anyway, Justin failed to stop her or let her rest in various ways.

It was already the afternoon of the fifth day when they came back to New York. Rebecca and Justin zoomed to the Capen Group without resting. They called a meeting of all the top management to discuss the cooperation details with Canada.

The meeting didn't end until almost six in the afternoon. Justin asked Rebecca whether she was hungry and wanted to have dinner after the meeting.

Rebecca shook her head since she didn't want to eat at all.

Justin smiled reluctantly and had to go back to the office with her to deal with things.

However, Mr. Zeeman rushed into the office not long after they sat down, looking a little flustered. "Mr. Capen, Miss Smith, there's a trouble."

Justin looked at Rebecca and nodded knowingly. "So, someone must be behind this to embarrass us deliberately?"

Rebecca frowned slightly. "Very likely."

"Miss Smith, who do you think it might be?" Mr. Zeeman asked at once, then said worriedly. "If the suppliers don't ship goods to us for more than a week, our supply will be cut off. Once the supply chain is disrupted, the consequences will be too ghastly to contemplate."

"How can I guess now!" Rebecca frowned and shook her head. She certainly knew the consequence of the disruption of the supply chain. Therefore, she immediately ordered," Well, Mr. Zeeman, why don't you personally communicate positively with the suppliers to understand their real attitudes and intentions? Justin and I will think of a way to privately meet the bosses of the suppliers to see if we can get the truth out."
