“Tori, I don’t mean to criticize you, but do you really think I call the shots in the company? So what if you refuse to work with us? With his abilities, it would not take much effort for Mr. Quarles to hire ten others who are more famous than you. You should think about the possible consequences of offending Mr. Quarles. You could join any department you like!” She gave the idea some thought for a moment. “Alright, I’ll follow your advice and ask him to sign the form for me tonight.”
