When Charles Zhang found Brian and the others, there were only his three roommates left.

“Lillian Chou said something came up in their house. She wanted you to know.”

Michael gazed at Charles Zhang meaningfully. Michael seemed to be waiting for him to explain something.

The company held the activity today. After the performance, there would be a dinner party. Eliza and Blaze Xu would both go there. Since Charles Zhang offended the two people today, the dinner party would be awkward. Josie’s phone call came when he was still pondering about whether to go.

“I’m in the usual place. Do you want to go back now?”

Charles Zhang just remembered that Josie asked him to leave today. If he didn’t go back now, he would have to let Brian take him back.

He didn’t want Brian to know too many things, but if he didn’t go back, they would ask Eliza questions when he returned to the dormitory.

Today, Josie was wearing a light blue dress. It showed her unique elegance and superior figure.

He spotted her in the crowd before he got to the car.

“Are you not happy to see so many people around me?”

Charles Zhang was still thinking about what happened at the company’s door, so his expression was awful. He didn’t expect to be misunderstood by Josie.

“That’s not true. I think you’re excellent!”

Josie smiled and shook her head. She talked about her left while driving.

Several of her girlfriends went out for dinner once a week. They took turns to treat each other, so it’s hard for her to refuse.

“Drop me at the intersection. Otherwise, you will be late soon!”

Josie became nervous. She thought that Charles Zhang had something to do and could not go right away because she asked for leave. She quickly stopped the car.

“Young master, if you have something to do, it’s okay if I don’t go. If Madame knows that I left you here to eat alone, she will fire me!”

Josie was incredibly nervous. Before Charles Zhang could say anything, she took out her mobile phone. It seemed like she wanted to call someone.

“Why are you so nervous? It’s normal to have a bit of personal life. You can drive to the place where you eat. I have nothing to do anyway. I will just stay in the car.”

When Josie heard this, she felt even more embarrassed. She was blushing and didn’t say a word.
