My Ex-Wife and Kids Came In Like A Wrecking Ball novel Chapter 1214

Chapter 1214 Wake Up Tomorrow Morning

Andrius supported Lucian. “Young Master Xander, I know you’re concerned about Miss Jacobs’ health. I understand your feelings, but it’s already a little late today. Why don’t you come back some other day?”

Xander frowned. Their words seemed reasonable, yet they felt wrong to him.

“I’m going back too. If you don’t mind, we can head downstairs together.”

Andrius placed his arm on Xander’s shoulder like they were friends and took Xander to the elevator. “My grandpa happened to mention visiting Grandpa Lancer. Let’s discuss when to set the time of the visit.”

Although Xander was reluctant, he could do nothing in front of the kids. Thus, he could only follow Andrius out.

Andrius winked at his best friend and pressed the elevator button naturally.

It was not until the elevator started going down that Xander realized what was wrong.

Each of them said it was getting late, but Byron still stayed in Rosalie’s ward.

Who was Byron to have that privilege?

“Young Master Xander, as the saying goes, it’s better to tear down ten temples than one marriage. Why do you have to make things difficult?”

Andrius looked at the man beside him meaningfully. “You’re the heir of the Lancer family. I’m sure you know many great women. Why do you have to go for the woman Byron likes?”

Xander snapped out of his thought and glanced at Andrius coldly. “You know nothing.”

Andrius lifted his eyebrows. “It’s best if you don’t have those intentions, Young Master Xander.”

A sudden silence fell in the elevator.

They said nothing when they were on the ground floor and got into their respective cars.

Meanwhile, the others were still at Rosalie’s ward door.

The three little ones let down their guard when they saw that Xander had left.

“Mr. Byron, can we go in and see Mommy?”

Lucian looked worried.

It was the first time they had ever seen their mommy so ill. Even though they had seen Rosalie regain consciousness, they still felt uneasy.
