My Ex-Wife and Kids Came In Like A Wrecking Ball novel Chapter 1602

Chapter 1602 Did Not Tell The Truth

Mrs.Zora approached them and glanced at the little ones before explaining to Byron.

"Madam Lawrence came this afternoon and took the kids out.Maybe they’re exhausted."

Lucian wanted to avoid mentioning this. However, since Mrs.Zora had told Byron and Rosalie, they could only nod their heads.

This was something new, and it surprised Rosalie, making her ponder.

‘Melody took the children out? ‘She has hated Lucian and Nox all this while.Even if she wanted to take anyone out, she would only take Estelle. Why would she take even the little boys? ‘Moreover, the three kids look unhappy.."

Rosalie frowned and wanted to ask something, but Byron was around. If Melody did something overboard, she would only be putting Byron in a difficult situation.

Upon thinking this, Rosalie gave up on asking anything and touched the kids’ heads, trying to comfort them.

"Let’s go to bed early after dinner if you're tired."

Then, she took the kids to wash their hands and seated them by the dining table.

All the dishes on the table were the children’s favorites.

That made Rosalie doubt more about what happened that afternoon.

Meanwhile, Byron casually asked the kids what they did that afternoon, "Where did Grandma take you all to this afternoon? Did you have fun?"

Lucian and Nox looked at each other upon hearing their daddy’s question.

Nox kept his lips sealed, refusing to say a word.

In the end, it was Lucian who turned around and answered Byron's question as he looked into Byron’s eyes, "She took us to the amusement park, and we even had ice cream! The ice cream was delicious!"

Byron looked at the little boy’s expression and stared into his eyes.Lucian's smile was perfect, but he felt aggrieved deep down.He wanted to tell his daddy that Grandma dumped them in the amusement park this afternoon.

However, if he told them this, Daddy and Mommy would look for Grandma to get an explanation.
