Byron walked to the door of the ward. His heart dropped when he could not see the experts outside. Immediately, he strode in.
As soon as he opened the door, he heard what the expert said, and his face sank instantly.
"President Lawrence..."
When the experts saw him, they could not help feeling a little guilty.
Before Byron left, he asked them to take good care of Rosalie. Now that he witnessed Rosalie's deterioration, they would be blamed.
Byron approached the hospital bed, heartbroken at Rosalie's expression of extreme pain. He said in a deep voice, "Don't worry about me, help her first!"
Even from what Yves did to her the last time, Byron had never seen this little woman in such pain.
‘What kind of drug did Xander use on her?
‘To make her suffer like this even in a coma!’
Byron could feel her pain even just looking at her on the hospital bed.
‘Otherwise, why would my heart hurt so much?’
He was in so much pain that he could hardly breathe...
When Mary saw him return, although she was worried about Rosalie, she stepped aside for him and went to help the experts.
Byron stood by the bed, holding Rosalie's hand. His heart weighed a ton. He was unable to say a word, only wishing that he was the one lying on the bed now!
After the tranquilizer was injected, Rosalie's condition improved. However, everyone's mood was still very heavy.
Although the tranquilizer temporarily relieved Rosalie's symptoms, vasoconstriction was not a trivial matter. She was at risk of bleeding to death at any time.
However, they could not find the reason for the vasoconstriction...
She was unsure if Rosalie could last until then.
Mary finally could not control her emotions thinking of this. Her eyes turned red. "I've been a doctor for so long. This is the first time I saw a patient react so violently while in a coma. I can’t imagine the pain Rosie is enduring.”
The person on the hospital bed is petite. How could she bear it?
Byron held Rosalie's hand tightly. Not sure to whom he was talking, he blurted. "I will cure her! She will be fine!"
‘We haven’t held a wedding yet, and there are so many regrets we haven’t made amends to, how could it just end like this?’
Mary held back her tears. "The three days proposed by Xander were probably the time when the side effects would kick in. It's been less than three days now, and Rosalie is already suffering like this..."
If that day came...
Mary could not imagine the person in the hospital bed dying in a coma from physical pain... This possibility alone was enough to suffocate her.
