After Andrea packed her things, she left Quirke Mansion without looking back.
His parents persuaded Andrius to forgive his sister, but Andrius retorted in all seriousness, "I wasn't the one who drove her away tonight. She knows she's in the wrong and wants to run away from home! Also, please don't spoil her anymore. Thankfully, Byron doesn't intend to pursue the matter, or else our family would be ruined by her!"
With that said, he became upset and got up to leave.
Andrius drove with the windows down, letting the cold wind hit his face.
Suddenly, he wanted to drink but realized he did not have anyone to drink with.
Byron would never refuse, but Andrius did not want to interfere with his buddy’s happy family life now.
He could ask Luther, but he had been too busy recently.
After thinking about it, Andrius realized that he did not have many friends.
He had been too serious all these years.
For Quirke Enterprise to grow stronger and follow in Lawrence Corporation’s footsteps, every step of his planning was thoroughly calculated.
Now, the Quirkes had indeed grown stronger. Not just the medicinal materials business, but he had also made many investments with Byron. Every time, Byron would never forget about him and offered him a part of the investment opportunity.
His sister did not understand this at all.
He parked the car on the bridge over the river, got out, and looked at the river in the distance. His mood began to slowly calm down as he felt the gust of cold wind blow.
Andrius was good at adjusting his emotions. Just when he was about to turn around, he suddenly saw a car hit the rear of his car without any scruples.
It was a lady’s car.
The terrified woman screamed. Andrius took a look at the rear of his Mercedes-Benz. There was not much damage.
Andrius glanced at the woman but immediately waved his hands. "No, it’s okay. There's no need to waste police force on such a small accident. You're responsible for the accident, but I shouldn't have parked my car here. Let’s settle this ourselves."
Then, he glanced at Beatrice. ‘She shouldn't be injured.’
Andrius turned around and planned to drive away.
However, Beatrice was anxious. She did not want to miss such an interesting encounter.
"Sir, how about this? Let’s exchange contact information to avoid any disputes. What do you think? I'm afraid you might regret it later!" Beatrice's reason was sufficient.
Andrius frowned lightly. "Miss, as I said just now, I parked the car at the wrong spot. However, you're the one who rear-ended me, so you would be at fault no matter what. Therefore, there won't be any further dispute. I need to go now, so excuse me!"
With that, Andrius got into the car, started the car, and left quickly.
Beatrice was stunned. After a few seconds, a smile slowly appeared on the corner of her mouth. "This man seems quite mysterious. However, I remember his license plate number!"
