Rosalie walked up to the rooftop and saw her husband just sitting there with a calm expression on his face. She felt a lot more at ease inexplicably.
She believed that Chloe's bitter tricks could no longer trigger more of her husband's sympathy.

Chloe had a wry smile on his lips.
"You can save those niceties. You could say you’re sorry, but I could also choose not to forgive. Yes, I don't want to forgive you at all. During our partnership at Petal Talk Group, you have every chance to stop everything. You could even expose Kelly Payton’s threat, but you didn't!"
Rosalie walked to Byron's side. Her husband did not stop her from speaking but just held her hand.
This was like a slap to Chloe’s face.
A scene filled with sarcasm.
This husband and wife had to prove themselves to her even as she was dying.
She could not think of a response to Rosalie.
As Rosalie said, she originally had a chance. However, she was blinded by her obsession in the end.
"Chloe, I don't even know why you called me here. If you wanted to die, you could do it peacefully. Don't put any more pressure on me and Byron. Understand?"
Dramatic grand gestures after the misdeeds were exposed were something Rosalie never believed in.
She just did not want Byron’s conscience to be held ransom. All this seemed that Byron was the reason that drove Chloe to suicide.
