Chapter 256 Soft-Hearted

After arranging the accommodation, it was already evening. Miss Leigh Ann brought the parents to the dining hall the botanical garden had prepared for everyone. 

Rosalie took the boys to go get their food. 

There were a lot of the employees of the botanical garden in the restaurant, far more than when they got off the bus just now. Estie did not like it very much. She followed Rosalie all the way, and her eyes never left her. 

Rosalie noticed the little girl’s gaze and looked back, only to see her timid lace. Heartache filled her own eyes. She simply had Lucian and Nox hold each other’s hands while she held onto the little girl with one free hand.

Byron was worried about the little girl and kept following her. Seeing Rosalie holding her hand, he followed the woman with mixed feelings. 

When getting their meal, Rosalie had to get food for the four of them on her own, which inevitably ended up being difficult for her to carry. 

Just as she was thinking of putting them back and then coming back to line up, a big hand stretched out from behind her. 

“I’ll do it,” Byron said in a deep voice. 

Hearing this, Rosalie was stunned. She looked at the children at hand. Thinking that they must be hungry, she did not refuse. She handed the dinner plate to Byron and continued to get one more portion of food before finally even getting Byron’s share. 

When dining, Estie was hot on Rosalie’s heels and sat close to her. 

Rosalie sat at a table with the children, while Byron sat next to Estie,
