After Old Master Lancer and Rosalie greeted each other, they discussed the project. Rosalie took over Yves’ job and showed old Master Lancer around the rest of the departments in the research institute.

Soon, it was noon, and the visit ended. Rosalie booked a table at the restaurant, and they headed for lunch.

“You mentioned something that came up before you came, what happened?”

When they walked out of the research institute, Xander casually approached Rosalie and asked with concern. “You were late. The Dr. Jacobs I know is always punctual.”

Rosalie smiled. “Nothing serious. The kids were throwing a tantrum.”

Xander did not think much about it. He put on an understanding smile as he nodded. “T understand it’s difficult to have kids at home.”

Rosalie and Xander laughed and approached Old Master Xander to walk by his side.

Yves was not familiar with Xander and old Master Lancer.
