My Fair Stunner novel (Faye and Colin) novel Chapter 250

Chapter 250 I Am Straight

Every word Colin was saying hammered deeply into your heart.

"Colin." She felt a twinge in her heart.

"Just stop your treatment," Faye said in a choking voice.

Faye clenched the corners of Colin's clothes, pursing her lips, and then said, "Have you heard of panic disorder? Most people who have this disease have personality defects, such as feeling insecure, a strong control desire, and a strong sense of dependence."

"I don't mind it," Colin said.

"Life is long. At the beginning, you might enjoy being controlled and being relied upon. But you'll get tired of it one day."

"You haven't given it a try. How do you know I'll be tired of them?"

"I dare not try it," Faye said with a bitter smile.

Colin didn't know what to say, because it made his heart ache to hear that.

In this event, it was hard to balance between emotions and reason.

Promises often had a way of disappointing. No one dared to give it a try.

Besides, Faye was in a unique condition. If she lost, she might even lose her life.

After the phone call with Colin, Alexander drove his second-hand car to Jake's clinic.

Before that, Colin had transferred him a large sum of money for the action.

Alexander came to the front desk and asked to make an appointment with Dr. Thomas.

So the nurse had to call Jake. "Dr. Thomas, when will you be back? A patient asks to make an appointment with you."

"I'm already on my way back. I'll be there in about five minutes," Jake said on the phone.

"OK, I'll tell him," the nurse said.

Hearing Jake was on the way back, Alexander nodded and sat down in a chair, lighting a cigarette.

Alexander wondered, "What is a person with mental illness like? Is Faye always being sentimental? But I don't think she looks that way."

While he was pondering while smoking, the nurses at the front desk were whispering.

"He doesn't seem to have come to see a doctor."

"Is he here to cause troubles?"

"But he's handsome."

As Alexander smoked, the cigarette was suddenly seized from his mouth.

Alexander raised his head back and saw Jake.

"Young boy, smoking is not allowed here." Jake looked down at him, wearing a brown windbreaker.

Jake stubbed out his cigarette and tossed it into the trash can.

"Dr. Thomas, you're here." The nurse greeted him. "Where's the patient?" Jake asked.

"The one who was smoking there," the nurse said.

Jake looked at Alexander, raising an eyebrow. "Do you have a problem?"

"I don't have a problem!" Alexander answered back. But thinking of his purpose, he corrected himself. "Yes, I have a problem."
