Chapter 476 It Was Unable to Explain

Being unfaithful?

That was a huge misunderstanding.

Rebecca looked at her mother with a complicated expression and wanted to explain for herself. But she didn't know how and where to start.

Rebecca's mother glanced at her and ignored her. Then, she turned to look at Abbot and said, "Mr. Carter, don't worry. I will definitely give you an explanation for this matter."

Pei Yao replied in a muffled voice, "Um."

Abbot spent about half an hour at the Black's villa.

In that half an hour, Abbot, Rebecca, and her mother were on pins and needles.

Abbot got up and said, "It's getting late. I'll visit you again another day."

After Rebecca's mother said that, Abbot turned to look at Rebecca.

Rebecca was distracted ever since she took the blame for being "unfaithful". She didn't seem to be in state at all.

When her mother saw that, she coughed twice and said, "Becca."

Rebecca blocked off any interference automatically.

Her mother called again, "Becca."

Rebecca was still not responding.

Then, Rebecca's mother took a deep breath and yelled, "Becca!"

Rebecca was taken aback and her mind wandering ended, "Yes? Mom."

Her mother replied, "Mr. Carter is leaving. Please send him off."

Rebecca said, "Oh. Okay. On my way."

When she was talking, she moved her gaze at Abbot.

Abbot understood Rebecca's hint in seconds and nodded politely at Rebecca's mother. Then, he stepped out of the house.

The two left one after the other. Rebecca's mother's tension was instantly relieved. She fell into the couch, patted her chest, and gasped. Then, she took a sip of the untouched tea which was for Abbot on the coffee table, and took a deep breath, " It scared me to death."

After that, she stuffed another piece of mango into her mouth and talked to herself, "What's a young man? Although he is young, his aura is very strong."

When Rebecca's mother was mumbling, Aubree came out of the kitchen.

She brought the freshly stewed soup and handed it to Rebecca's mother.

Rebecca's mother took it and cooled it down by blowing on it before putting it into her mouth. She raised her eyes to look at Aubree and asked, "Aubree, did you see that boy just now?"

Aubree replied, "Yes and he looks very handsome."

Rebecca's mother pouted and said, "That's Abbot Carter."

Aubree asked further, "Abbot Carter from the Carter Group?"

Rebecca's mother nodded.

Rebecca thought to herself, " It's such a simple, concrete, and refined reason."

When Abbot finished speaking, he turned around to open the door and got into the car.

Rebecca staggered behind him, walked around the car, and got into the passenger's seat.

Rebecca didn't feel like arguing with him anymore, and she didn't even bother to fight for it anymore.

Initially, there were only a few of them who knew about it. But now, even her mother knew it. It was conceivable what kind of 'torture' she would suffer when she returned home later.

The atmosphere in the car was so quiet.

Rebecca lowered her head in silence. She didn't dare to mess up with her mother who was at home, nor did she have the courage to offend the sugar daddy in front of her.

When Rebecca saw that he was silent, she leaned forward and said, "Mr. Carter?"

Abbot's Adam's apple moves slightly. Suddenly, he leaned down and kissed Rebecca's lips.
