Harvey loved pastries, so he immediately opened the bag to check them out. "Wow, Skylar, your pastries look amazing! Even the bakery can't compete with these."
Skylar laughed. "If I have time, I'll make more and drop them off for you. But remember, get some proper sleep when you're not in a tournament."
Harvey, always taking her advice seriously, nodded. "Got it, Skylar. There are a few tournaments this week, but once they're done, I'll catch up on the rest. By the way, how's everything with you and Joe? Has he remembered anything yet?"
Harvey felt a mix of admiration and frustration for his brother-in-law. He respected him but also resented the three years his sister spent waiting, only to have Joe return without his memories and bring a wave of fresh complications.
Skylar nodded. "We're doing well right now."
"If he tries to push you around just because of the memory loss, let me know," Harvey said, clenching his fists. Boxing practice every day gave him plenty of confidence he could handle protecting Skylar if it came to that.
They talked for a while longer, and then Skylar headed to the Fry Shack across from campus to wait for Simona.
Simona came running in, a little out of breath. "Sorry, Skylar. One of my classmates needed me for something. I didn't keep you waiting too long, did I?"
Skylar shook her head. "No worries—I've only been here a couple of minutes. Take a breath and sit down."
Simona relaxed, clearly relieved. "Phew, that's good! I was practically sprinting here, hoping I wouldn't be late."
Simona prided herself on her punctuality and hated the idea of wasting others' time. Anytime she was late, even by a minute, she felt guilty.
"What would you like to eat?" Skylar asked.
"Maybe a chicken burger with spicy wings and a cola," Simona said.

The readers' comments on the novel: My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul
Is the author going to finally portray Skylark as a brave woman who can argue and communicate like a normal person in this real world? Hoping so.......
I don't like this story portraying Skylark's personality as too weak, too naive, Can't even defend herself Like accepting every humiliation from Vera's schemes and injustice without saying anything or doing anything. I wonder who is the protagonist in this novel, Vera or Skylark....
