An hour later, Simona arrived at the entrance of a film set, a sprawling studio alive with the hustle and bustle of multiple crews working on various productions. After a few inquiries, she finally located the set she was looking for.
The set was a hive of activity, filled with busy workers, lead actors, and a crowd of extras in period costumes. It was for a historical drama.
Her arrival didn't garner much attention. Most people likely assumed she was part of the crew.
It didn't take long for her to spot Zera.
Zera, dressed in an elaborate period costume, was seated in her chair, resting between takes. Her assistant, Trix Walsh, attended to her dutifully, offering a water bottle and occasionally fanning her in the heat.
The temperature had been high lately, and their traditional costumes were rather thick.
As Simona observed Zera, she couldn't help but notice something faintly familiar about her features. From certain angles, Zera bore a subtle resemblance to Wendy.
But it was fleeting—a mere shadow of similarity. In Simona's eyes, Wendy was far more beautiful. Wendy also possessed a strength and relentless drive that Zera didn't have.
Wendy's resilience wasn't something innate. It had been forged by a lifetime of hardships. The kind of trials that could easily break a person, leaving them defeated and hollow, had only made her stronger.
Instead of crumbling under the weight of her struggles, Wendy had clawed her way forward, carving out a path entirely her own.
It was that indomitable will that Simona admired most about her, setting Wendy apart from anyone else.
Perhaps she had been staring for too long, for Zera soon noticed. Their eyes met.
She frowned slightly, puzzled by the woman who had been staring at her. Simona didn't seem like a fan, nor did she appear to be part of the crew.

The readers' comments on the novel: My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul
Is the author going to finally portray Skylark as a brave woman who can argue and communicate like a normal person in this real world? Hoping so.......
I don't like this story portraying Skylark's personality as too weak, too naive, Can't even defend herself Like accepting every humiliation from Vera's schemes and injustice without saying anything or doing anything. I wonder who is the protagonist in this novel, Vera or Skylark....
