Genevieve did not know that the crew had come to Rodunst to film and that they were actually this close to each other. She was also staying at Salinsburgh the night before.

“Yes. That's my son, Lucian, and the other one is my daughter, Amanda,” Genevieve introduced.

“Hi, children!” Bruce greeted as he squatted down. “I'm Bruce Gable, Mr. Sutton's friend.”

Amanda stuck out her head from behind her brother and stared at Bruce. Her eyes were shining when she saw him. “I saw the news about you on the internet, but I don't understand your movies at all.”

A subtle smile appeared on Bruce's face. “That's because those are romance movies. They're for adults.”

As for Lucian, he was quiet because this man before him felt inexplicably familiar to him.

He could not understand how a stranger could give him such a familiar feeling, but he was still wary of Bruce.

“Mommy,” he called out coldly. “This man kept looking at Mandy just now. I think he's a pervert.”

Bruce was speechless.

Genevieve intervened when she realized the children were on the brink of another fight. She gave them the receipt and asked them to go pick up the equipment at another counter.

The children went over as they were told, still shoving at one another.

Bruce's gaze trailed the children as they walked off. Even he himself was surprised at how Lucian's personality was so much like him.
