Afraid Timothy would grow suspicious, Genevieve added, “I came to the hospital in the morning to visit Jojo and ran into Mr. Lebon. That was when I discovered that Dr. Sitler's father is Landon, who was previously one of the largest shareholders in Central Group. Not long after I arrived home, I received a call from Dr. Sitler. We chatted briefly. I didn't know this would happen to him.”

Timothy told her, “Mr. Lebon has two sons. He sent his biological sons overseas a few years ago, and Jermaine is his adopted son. He was the one who brought Jermaine up.”

Surprise flitted across Genevieve's face. However, she couldn't help but feel sad for him.

Through the brief conversation she had with Jermaine, Genevieve found out that he had been working for Sylvie. Alas, he ended up dying in Sylvie's hands.

On the other hand, Sylvie received the news when she had just arrived at the film set. She could barely hide her shock.

Gripping her phone, she hurried into her personal dressing room and demanded in a low voice, “How did Jermaine die?”

The man on the other end of the line reported, “A deranged man killed him accidentally. I wiretapped Jermaine's phone and realized he was talking to Genevieve. After I interrupted his phone signal, he came out of the restroom and ran into the lunatic. The man stabbed him a few times, and he died on the spot.”

What a pity. I was planning to use the dirt I had on him to threaten him to complete two more tasks for me, but he ended up dying before I could do that. The dirt I have on him is useless now.

After hanging up, Sylvie realized Coco had sent her a WhatsApp message. Apparently, Coco would be coming to the studio that night and asked her out for dinner.

Sylvie typed out a reply as a malicious glint flashed across her eyes.

It was snowing in Jadeborough. Genevieve planned to head to Dartan to bring the kids back.

To her surprise, Jack showed up with the kids.

Cooper's car had just rolled to a stop. Genevieve got out of the car to see Jack leading the kids out of the airport.

Amanda was clad in a crimson red dress and a red beret. With her adorable and fluffy cheeks, she looked like a bunny.

The little girl broke free from Jack's grasp and ran toward Genevieve.
