"Don't worry, the DNA test result won't be wrong this time." Tremaine said to Yesseca, "I've already made the necessary arrangements."
Yesseca nodded.
Then, she said, "Thank you."
"It's fine." Tremaine said, "It's my honor to help you."
Yesseca was momentarily speechless.
She didn't know when she and Tremaine had become so polite and distant.
After a while, Yesseca said, "Then I won't waste your time. I can handle it myself from here."
If Yesseca had said such things in the past, Tremaine might have left immediately.
But this time, he decided to be shameless and stay for another night.
Tremaine said, "I'll wait until the next day.
We'll see how it goes after the test result is out. What's more-"
Tremaine found an excuse for himself. "I have some business here."
Hearing Tremaine's words, Yesseca didn't say anything else.
Not long after, the three of them returned to Aimeen's house.
Tremaine asked Yesseca and Preslieto bring Dory home while Sheldon watched over Aimeen.
"Don't worry, Miss Cowell. I won't let this woman go anywhere." Sheldon also said to Yesseca, "You guys have been busy for the entire day. Go back and get some rest first."
Yesseca wasn't tired, but she thought that Dory might need to rest, so she brought her home.
That night, Dory slept with Yesseca.
Dory tossed and turned, unable to sleep.
When Yesseca noticed it, she immediately asked Dory about it.
At first, Dory refused to say anything. After a few more attempts, Dory hesitantly said, "Madam Cowell, I'm afraid she will still be my mother. I'm afraid that the DNA test result will show that she's my mother."
Yesseca also closed her eyes. However, she made a wish first.
She made a wish that God would give her a good result the next day...
The next day soon arrived.
Perhaps God had heard Yesseca's wish.
Or perhaps God pitied Dory.
Therefore, Yesseca and Dory were both ecstatic when they saw the DNA test result.
There was no blood- relation between Dory and Aimeen!
They were not blood-related!
Looking at the DNA test result, Dory was excited and found it hard to believe!
She kept asking the staff if it was real.
