The taxi stopped by the roadside near the building. Genevieve took the elevator and arrived at the restaurant in a short time. She looked around and found Yuvan sitting by the window.

Yuvan wanted to stand up as soon as she saw Genevieve. However, Genevieve waved her hand, hurriedly walked over, and sat opposite him.

“Have you ordered?”

“Not yet.” Yuvan handed the menu to her.

The waiter walked out after taking their orders.

Genevieve took a sip of the lemon water and asked, “How is it?”

Yuvan pushed his phone to Genevieve and sighed. “I almost sacrificed myself just to get this recording. This is really a loss­making deal.”

After listening to the recording, Genevieve smiled.

It just proved that her suspicion earlier was indeed correct.

Genevieve quickly sent the recording to her phone and asked the waiter to bring them a bottle of wine. After letting the wine breathe, she poured a glass for Yuvan.

“Mr. Zeigler, I would like to make a toast to you. Thank you for saving a marriage that was about to fall apart.”

Yuvan was nonplussed and raised his glass at Genevieve. “I think you should investigate Mindy. She studies oil painting and is blacklisted by the art industry, but she still lives a good life.”

“I should leave it to Timothy to do the investigation. If I can do everything for him, his wife should marry me instead!” said Genevieve.

Yuvan was speechless.
