"Mr. Searle, I don't quite get what you're saying," Mandy said, gently pushing aside the stray strands of hair that fell on her forehead. "And, this is the women's restroom. Do you have some kind of fetish?"
"Ms. Pendleton, if you help us rescue Esther, I'll give you 15,000,000 dollars," Jasper offered.
Mandy feigned ignorance, shaking her head. "Mr. Searle, don't you know that Mr. Quill brought people to search Warner Manor but couldn't find Esther inside?"
Why would she involve herself with a lunatic like Bradley for just 15,000,000 dollars? No way!
Bradley and Esther were her enemies. She would let Bradley continue tormenting Esther, and she would eventually deal with Bradley herself. If she could manage to become Mrs. Warner before he passed, the Warner Group would be hers. What was 15,000,000 dollars worth in comparison?
"Ms. Pendleton, you know very well she's there," Jasper said.
Mandy raised an eyebrow. "I don't."
Why would she cooperate with Jasper and his group to rescue Esther? What was in it for her?
"Mr. Searle, please leave. Thank you."
Jasper took one last long look at Mandy before finally leaving the women's restroom.
Mandy walked up to the mirror, checked her reflection, and touched up her makeup before returning to her booth.
The booth was filled with various women, all in different shapes and sizes, like a selection of models.
Bradley continued to work on his tablet, paying no attention to the women trying to impress him.
Mandy approached the edge of the booth and gently knocked, saying in a deep voice, "Ladies, make way!"
One of the women blocking Mandy's path understood and said, "Line up, everyone. Line up!"
"Bradley," Mandy called out to him.
Bradley looked up, raised an eyebrow, and threw a glass, causing the other women in the booth to pale in fright.
Mandy looked at him in disgust and said softly, "Bradley, it seems like this place isn't suitable for you. Let's go home."
