The Warner Group, once a massive entity, now teetered like autumn leaves in the wind.
The original shareholders of the Warner Group had rushed to sell their shares to Oliver, realizing they had provoked someone beyond their reach.
In less than a week, the Warner Group was on the brink of bankruptcy.
The executives and employees of the Warner Group were filled with anxiety and uncertainty. Meanwhile, Bradley remained immersed in grief over the loss of Esther, isolating himself in Warner Manor. He stared at Esther's photos as though he were a devout believer.
During his youth, a time when he didn't understand what love meant, he had met the loveliest girl in the world. He hadn't cherished her then and had even... Now that he knew he had fallen in love with her, she was no longer in this world. He could search the globe but would no longer find her.
"Bradley, Mr. Quill is here," a maid announced the arrival of Oliver. Bradley carried a strong scent of alcohol and blood into the dim living room.
Kevin, Bradley's doctor, accompanied Oliver.
"Bradley, this is a share transfer agreement. Sign it!" Oliver demanded.
Bradley's crimson eyes were fixed on the contract before him, and he sneered. "Mr. Quill, you've taken my son, and now you want to take my company?"
"Bradley, you have two options. Sign the document and transfer the shares to Felix, and I'll hold them in trust until he's 18."
Oliver stood up and gazed at a massive photograph on the wall. Esther wore a pristine wedding gown, her starry eyes radiant. At the time, she had been filled with beautiful dreams of marrying the man she loved and living a wonderful life together. Little did she know that instead of a wonderful life, darkness and despair would await her.
"Of course, you can choose not to sign. In that case, I'll make the Warner Group disappear from this world directly."
