When the Smith family reached the entrance, they were stopped by a security guard who inquired, "Are you people from the Smith family?"
Stacey proudly responded, "Yes, we are. We are also accompanied by the Jackson family and the Eza Entertainment Company boss."
The security guard looked at Stacey with a pause in his actions, creating the impression that he was taken aback by the presence of such influential individuals. This notion echoed in the minds of Stella and everyone present, and even the elderly Mr. and Mrs. Smith felt a glimmer of regained dignity. They began silently praising their granddaughters for supposedly attracting the attention of these prominent figures.
Eager to display their perceived power, Richard and George demanded, "Call your manager or the head of staff to escort us to our VIP private room. We have made a reservation."
They said this to retaliate and demonstrate their superiority over those who had insulted them, wanting to regain their pride. The security guard, however, looked at them as if they were fools and calmly responded, "I'm sorry, sirs and madams, but you are banned from entering Brovard restaurant and hotels."
"What? What did you say?" Stacey and her father were the first to react. Stella also chimed in, "Do you know who we are?"
"We are the Smith family of City A, and these people you see here are the Jackson family of City A. Don't you know the Jackson family? They are one of the wealthiest families in the city. How dare you ban us? Are you willing to go against the Smith family and the Jackson family?"
"Yes, how dare you ban us?" Stacey joined in. She couldn't tolerate Stella showing off without her own input. She continued, "This is my boyfriend, the Eza Entertainment Company boss. Don't you know Eza Entertainment Company? It's one of the leading companies in City A and has produced numerous A-list artists. How can you possibly ban us from entering Brovard hotels and restaurants? Who do you think you are?"
Sandra was delighted that she had managed to resolve the situation before it caused any further damage. She knew the Jackson couple well, and they appreciated obedient women who showed them respect. All she needed to do was play her part, and everything would work out. She replied, "Auntie, I will come with Mark on the weekend. I can't wait to cook my new recipe for you." The Jackson couple smiled, bid her farewell, and left.
That's the difference between her and Stacey. Stacey doesn't know when to stop, what to say, and where to say it. She always acts as if she owns the world and expects everyone to follow her lead.
Instead of trying to calm her man and diffuse his anger, Stacey continued to argue with the security guard, boasting about the power of the Smith family and her boyfriend's company. The rest of the Smith family was deeply embarrassed by her behavior and urged her to leave. Her brother, Liam, apologized to the people around them and swiftly escorted Stacey away.
Despite the family's attempts to intervene, Stacey continued to insult the security guard and engage in a heated argument. Old man Smith, feeling ashamed of his granddaughter's behavior, sternly admonished her, instructing her not to further humiliate their family. He then got into the car with the old woman and left, leaving Stacey to reflect on her actions and the consequences they may have on their reputation.
