The following days, the old man gave a lot of attention to Andrew and his wife. He was so interested in the baby’s progress he even offered to hire a personal doctor for her as he claimed he did not want his grandchild to have complications. He may be the future heir to their family fortune. This not only triggered Jane’s mind to finish Matilda and her child but also his children. They all began to find a way to make old man hate Matilda as he was but he continued showering his love for her

When she was six months pregnant he made Andrew the head of the project department and increased his salary saying he needs more salary and responsibilities since he will become a father within three months. He has to prepare to be a good dad.

She he was one of his best friend and she could not bribe him to kill Matilda and her baby hence waiting to finish them at home. within three months in the hospital she was able to come home with her parents. Everything she faced on the day she was going into labor made her realize that these people never loved her all accepted her they were pretending.

She wondered, “why were they pretending”. She made a medical check up for her self and her child but found nothing. How ever that did not stop her from taking care of her child she hired a trained nun to look after her child and protect her. The nun found out the poison but was scared to tell her so she began changing all her food and drinks for the past twenty years until she left the smith.
