Byron didn’t expect that there was someone else in the room. 

He frowned. 

He went straight into the cloakroom, changed into his home clothes, and came out again. 

“Who let you in?” 

“You forgot your phone.” Heather hesitated for a moment before continuing, “Miss Newton called just now…” 

“When? You didn’t answer it, did you?” 

Byron hurried over and took back his mobile phone. 

“I accidentally picked it up. But she seemed to have called the wrong number and hung up immediately.” Heather said, “Don’t be so nervous. I won’t do anything to her.” 

Byron didn’t speak and called Athena back.

Athena’s phone had already been turned off. 

“She is very cautious. She will never dial the wrong number.” Byron looked at the time and called the hotel.

out and gone to the airport. 

“She will fly back to Girard City in a while. I’ll pick her

engagement matters yourself.” 

Byron was certain that Athena called him because she had 

something to say to him. 

He wondered if Athena regretted the messages she had sent to him on WhatsApp.

What mattered was Byron knew that he really wanted to see 

Athena soon. 

He also wanted to see Athena as soon as she returned to 

Girard City.

Heather stood up. 

She wanted to make Byron stay. 

But Byron ignored her and rushed out of the door hurriedly. 

Heather sat down dejectedly.
