He pursed his lips and went out without saying anything.
After my bath, I got out of the bathroom. Hendrix was not in the bedroom, and there was milk on the bedside table.
I glanced at it, then sat in front of the dresser mirror to dry my hair. I wasn't in good spirits, probably because of the cold from falling into the pond.
Though I didn't have much energy, I didn't want to sleep just yet. I just wanted to lie in bed to warm myself up.
Hendrix was not around, so I felt relaxed. I read books and watched videos on my phone for a while.
When Hendrix came in, he was holding a document in his hand. It seemed that he had come in to see what I was up to.
When he saw me lying in bed playing with my phone, he frowned and said, "It's not good for your eyes to always look at the phone."
I looked at him and nodded as a reply. Then, I put my cell phone on the bedside table.
After that, I hid myself under the blanket.
The bed sank a little as Hendrix sat next to me. He said, "Drink the milk, and if you are sleepy, try to get some sleep.
"I don't want to drink it!" I never liked full cream milk.
"Arianna, it's good for you. Get up and drink." This was the first time I felt that a person could be so annoying.
I took the glass and looked straight at him for a few seconds. I angrily got up from bed, picked up the milk, and walked to the bathroom.
I poured the milk into the toilet bowl, came out, and put the glass down. Looking at his gloomy face, I said, "Please bring the glass down when you go out later, thank you!"
"Arianna!" He said with a hint of anger. "Is this fun?"
I raised my eyebrows and looked at him puzzledly. "What fun?"
Seeing me like this, his anger disappeared instantly. He stared at me for a while, sighed, and said indifferently, "Have a good rest!"
