He stammered and said awkwardly, "Arianna, what nonsense are you talking about? I'm talking about Andrea. Don't you know that Hendrix still has feelings for her? How are you this smug even after breaking them up?"
"Haha!"
I couldn't help feeling amused. "Mr. Shelley, what do you mean by saying that I've broken them up? Where did you come across the idea that Hendrix's heart was Andrea's? Nothing but just a few calls and showing some concern? If that's the case, then your concern for Andrea isn't less than Hendrix's. Does that mean you have feelings for her too?"
"Arianna, you..." He stammered for a moment.
I paused and said, "What am I? Mr. Shelley, could you please not involve others' intentions with your own perception? You have quite an imagination. While the others didn't even say 'I love you', here you are down on the ground saying 'I love you too'. I don't know whether Hendrix had feelings for Andrea, but I have to trouble you to figure out your mind and behavior before you pass comments on others."
After that, I hung up the phone directly.
When Hendrix came out, his hair was still wet. He was wearing a pair of shorts and wiping his hair with a towel. He looked at me and asked, "Was that Austin?"
I nodded and said yes. Then I glared at him and said, "You are sleeping in the guest room tonight."
He was stunned and raised his eyebrows. "What's the matter? What did he say?"
"Nothing!" I was not interested in playing with his phone anymore. I threw the phone aside and buried myself in the comforter.
Hendrix pulled it away and scooped me into his arms. His hair was wet and his body was a little damp.
I raised my hand to push him, feeling a little irritated. "Hendrix, don't touch me!"
He pursed his lips and frowned. "What did he say?"
"Nothing!" I didn't want to pay any attention to him. I was angry, so I raised my hand and pinched his waist.
He didn't flinch and allowed me to pinch him. After a while, he said helplessly, "Have you let your anger out?"
