My Pretty Sweetheart (Arianna) novel Chapter 817

He got a little bit angry and asked, "Arianna, is there something wrong with you? Would I do such a thing to my own child?"

I sneered, looked at him and said mercilessly, "Why wouldn't you? What wouldn't you do that? You're an unscrupulous businessman. Do you think you're any righteous?"

His face instantly fell. His voice became low and harsh as he said, "Arianna, Hendrix lets you have your way, but I won't do the same. I'm more anxious than you are about Anne's disappearance, but this isn't an excuse for you to be unreasonable."

"Am I being unreasonable?" Looking at the setup in his place, I saw Anne's favorite toys were still on the couch and got even more agitated. Without thinking it through, I sneered and said, "Sure, I'll let you understand what truly is unreasonable."

Before he could react, I raised my hand and pushed all the expensive red wine on the wine cabinet to the ground.

The sound of shattering glass followed, as the blood-red wine spilled everywhere on the floor.

"Are you crazy?" he roared angrily.

I didn't care at all. Whatever I could get my hands on, I smashed them onto the ground as I yelled loudly, "Give Anne back to me!"

Sometimes, humans weren't able to control their emotions. There wasn't any difference between being worked up and going crazy.

By the time I realized that I had pretty much destroyed Josiah's house into shambles, Hendrix arrived.

Josiah's face darkened. He looked at Hendrix and said angrily, "You should take her to the hospital. She's in more serious condition than you think."

Hendrix held me in his arms and looked at him, frowning. He said in a cold voice, "What you should think about now is how to find Anne as soon as possible."

After that, he carried me out of Josiah's house.

In the car, I calmed down. Red wine was all over my body and my hair was in a mess.

I knew that I was in an incredibly sorry state at the moment. I had no clue what had gone through my mind when I caused havoc in Josiah's house.
