Chapter 402
Kelsey was taken aback and completely daunted by Arabella's sharp comments.
"Ara... Arabella, I didn't expect you to be so despicable. What's the difference between you and Caitlin and her daughters?" Kelsey scolded with a pale face.
Arabella looked at her. "Does it matter? You slept with my dad. You want me to thank you?"
Kelsey was speechless. Arabella was so sharp-toothed, which surprised her again.
"Do you know how difficult it is for Caitlin to conceive this child? She and Stephany put all their expectations on this child. Now the child is stillborn because of you. Do you think they will let you go? I just rehearsed what they would do to you in advance. If you insist on asking what the difference is between me and them, of course, there is. You're worthless to them, and they'll definitely get revenge on you, but you're still very valuable to me. Tell me about what I want, and I won't hit you when you're down."
Kelsey trembled with anger. All of this was obviously Arabella's trap, but she was completely outgunned in front of Arabella.
Kelsey sneered, "Arabella, haven't you ever thought that I had a third choice? Now that your father is so obsessed with me, I can completely become your stepmother!"
Arabella laughed as if she had heard a funny joke. "You can't be my stepmother. After all, Seth disowned me. But if you want to become Stephany and Leia's stepmother, I'll support you and be indebted to you for your help like this."
Kelsey was so angry that she couldn't even speak. She trembled at the thought of becoming Stephany and Leia's stepmother. In addition, now the Snyder family was entirely dependent on Seth's daughter. She was only in her twenties. How could she marry a man in his fifties?
Her original intention was to get enough money out of Seth, then leave the city, and find a tall, handsome man whom she loved to marry.
Arabella saw Kelsey scheme and plot with her bright eyes, and a sneer appeared on the corner of her lips. "Kelsey, my dad gave you a lot of money, right? Isn't that enough? Before Caitlin and her daughters settle accounts with you, hurry up and tell me. My patience is limited!"
Kelsey's psychological defense had been broken, and she still had time to escape with the money given by Seth. "Okay, Arabella, I'll tell you."
