Then he pointed to the man standing in front of the window. “This is our chief director, Kelvin Miller.” 

It turned out to be Kelvin Miller, who was a very famous director. 

Elizabeth was delighted secretly that she saw Kelvin in person today. 

“Then can I start acting?” Elizabeth planned to take off her sunglasses. 

Elizabeth had already been preparing the role before she came back, and she could quickly enter the play as long as she prepares it well! 

Duke was choked by her words. Hadn’t she been slated for this role? Still needed to perform? 

It was just the role of a lunatic, and Kelvin had been searching for so long but hadn’t been able to find a suitable candidate, so it would be better to do Celia a favor.. 

“No need. We can trust your strength, Miss Jones. You can just come to the crew for the walk–through in three days.” 

Elizabeth paused the move of taking off her sunglasses, speechless.

Duke thought to himself, “If this woman doesn’t know good anymore, Mr. Miller won’t do Celia the favour, and he won’t give Elizabeth any more face!” 

“I want an advance paycheck!” 

Duke was speechless. Kelvin was also speechless. 

“It’s… it’s fine, of course.” 

She was just a supporting role. How much paycheck could she get? 

Duke was scared to death, thinking she was going to book a role in their next play. Normal actors would do this to make use of the opportunity. 

Elizabeth didn’t expect it to go so smoothly, but this matter was so strange that she’d better be careful!

Julian York, as known as Mrs. York, was not only Samuel’s stepmother but also Samuel’s aunt. Samuel’s mother died in an accident when he was four years old. Aunt Julian was afraid that Samuel would be bullied in The Yorks, so she ended her five–year relationship with her first love and married her brother–in–law James York without hesitation in order to take good care of her sister’s only child, Samuel. 

Elizabeth smiled brightly. “During Grandpa’s lifetime, I want to accompany him well and live in peace and quiet.” 

“Your son, Samuel, I’m not interested at all!” 

Ha! 

How could Julian believe her words. 

It was impossible that she had never coveted The Yorks’s property. 

If she accompanied Grandpa Tomas, wasn’t everything given to this woman when he died? 

This woman, who hadn’t seen her for four years, turned out to be good at scheming! She also said that she had no interest in her son, which was just nonsense. 

Julian’s face twisted. 

“How about it, Mrs. York? Do you still need to think about it?” Elizabeth raised her phone. 

Julian was not qualified to think about it at all because Elizabeth had grasped her own deadly handle. Will she be subject to Elizabeth for the rest of her life? 

This woman could not be kept. 

“Mrs. York, don’t try to deal with me. This is the most stupid behavior. Since I dare to show it to you today, I have made all the preparations.” 

Her words almost pissed out Julian. 

This woman was too vicious! 

“Are you sure you only want to accompany Grandpa Tomas?” How could Julian trust such an insidious person? 

“I have made it very clear.” Elizabeth spread her hands as if others believed it or not. 

Julian was interrupted by her words. Her face turned livid, but she couldn’t do anything with Elizabeth.
