My Substitute CEO Bride (Nash Calicraft) novel Chapter 1838

Timothy steadied himself and took out an invitation from his pocket. He said in a cold voice, "Three days from now is the family patriarch's birthday. I hope you have the courage to attend his birthday celebration!"

With that, he handed the invitation to Julus, who used his true energy to send it flying toward Nash like a bullet.

Nash caught the invitation effortlessly with a slight smile playing on his lips. "Even without this invitation, I would've attended Alexander's birthday banquet!"

Timothy did not linger. Having witnessed Nash's power, he feared that Nash would turn him into a mist of blood with a mere wave of his hand.

After the Kleins left, Leonard and the others sighed in relief.

"Nash, are you really going to the birthday celebration?" Yvonne asked worriedly.

"My main purpose for coming to Capiton is to annihilate the Kleins," Nash said. His gaze was icy and his tone was cold.

"Do you want me to bring in two trump cards?" Stellar asked seriously. "The General has hated the Kleins for over 20 years. I believe he'll strongly support you!"

Nash shook his head and smiled. "The Kleins have four Profound Oriental Realm experts. Two trump cards wouldn't be able to suppress them."

Stellar then asked, "Are you planning to take on the Kleins alone?"

Nash took a sip of peach wine and said arrogantly, "The Kleins are insignificant. They're not worth worrying about!"

If anyone else had said this, they would have been considered a fool. However, coming from Nash, the Mares found it somewhat believable.

As Stellar recalled Nash's earlier display of power, he thought to himself, 'Has this kid become so powerful that even Profound Oriental Realm experts are beneath him?'

After a satisfying meal, Leonard arranged for Stellar to stay in a luxuriously decorated villa, designed specifically for hosting distinguished guests.

Nash did not return to the Empire Hotel. Instead, he and Stellar enjoyed themselves in a private hot spring in the villa's backyard.

Stellar had numerous bullet scars on his body, with black, fungus-like lines at the base of the lotus mark on his back.

A flash of golden light flashed across Nash's eyes, and he saw how the black lines connected to Stellar's vital organs and central nervous system.

Stellar sighed contentedly. "It's been a long time since I've been to a hot spring!" He closed his eyes with a contented expression and then asked, "Did your father tell you?"

"Yes," Nash replied.

"Nash has a great body. My cousin really struck gold!" she murmured.

"Colonel Orwell's body is amazing too. Those pecs, those abs. Gosh, he gives me a sense of security!" Yvonne nearly drooled.

Suddenly, there was a buzz followed by a crack, and a drop of water shattered her binoculars.

"Oops, I've been spotted!" Yvonne tossed the binoculars and dashed downstairs.

...

After finishing their cigarettes, Nash said, "Turn around. I'll give it a try."

Stellar stubbed out his cigarette on the ashtray by the edge of the hot spring. Then, he turned his back to Nash. "Don't push yourself. Just do your best."

Stellar had already guessed that Nash's power exceeded the Profound Oriental Realm. If Nash was uncertain, it meant the threat posed by the lotus mark was severe.

He grew worried that the sinister lotus might harm Nash and cautioned him to do his best.
