My Substitute CEO Bride (Nash Calicraft) novel Chapter 1901

On the other hand, in the deep mountains within the Northern Territory, Tatiana had a worried expression on her face. "Is this really okay?" she asked, to which Hera responded with a nod.

“Nash said he needs to calm his mind and focus entirely on his cultivation now, so we shouldn’t disturb him.”

“But people still need to eat!”

“He said he'll settle it on his own.” Hera shook her head helplessly. “Besides, with his father, the Warden, protecting him, he’ll be fine.”

“Alright then...” Tatiana could only give up and replied with resignation.

It was just after New Year's when Nash announced in front of his family and subordinates that he would be going into seclusion for three months and that no one was allowed to disturb him during this time except for his father and the protectors assisting him in his cultivation.

Even his several wives were not allowed to see him.

The night before he entered seclusion, Hera had talked a lot with Nash and keenly noticed something unusual about her husband. An unease, or rather a sense of impending urgency, filled Nash.

It was the first time she had sensed such a feeling from this invincible man, although Nash had tried his best to conceal it.

Hera knew she needed to support her husband in whatever he did. He must have had his reasons for keeping the situation from his family.

In the deep mountain, Nash's teeth were clenched as sweat dripped from his face.

In a moment of carelessness, he lost control of the energy in his body and instinctively grabbed the divine needle from his left before stabbing it into the back of his head. Nash panted heavily, then spat out a mouthful of clotted blood.

"Just a little more!" Nash said angrily, a frown marring his features.
