"And how are you?"
"Good." He nods.
"Good." I move on. "About your offer on a partnership with my company I unfortunately have to decline once more." keep it together, I remind myself. "A partnership is not what this company is looking for right now, also judging by the fact that I don't know exactly what you as a factor can offer me."
"Stability and satisfaction." Two words that comes out easy to him.
"I am very stable where I am Mr Salvadore."
"But are you satisfied?" His shoulder rise.
"We all have heights we're trying to reach, I'll be sure to reach them. What I can do for you is add you to the list of sponsors."
"That's a nice dress on you." His eyes scan my body once more, hungrily.
"Can we stay on topic?"
"Judging by the top half of you, from your shoulders to your stomach, you have no material supporting your breast or it would show," I drop my eyes to my chest, "so that's no bra. And by the way you're working so desperately to keep your knees together you have no panties."
I pull my feet to me. "The two materials would just clash together ruining the look so you had no choice but to show up completely nude underneath that dress." My eyes shift to the door. "It's a beautiful dress, for a beautiful woman."
"Okay." I let out trying to collect myself, so he noticed, what does he want a medal? I push hair behind my shoulders. "What do you want?" He watches me some more. "You convinced me you were someone looking to buy me, so I could give you an audience, but that's not why you're here. So what is it?"
"Strictly business."
"Then stay on topic." My tone drops.
"You are the topic are you not?" A side of his lips curves up.
"Discussing what's underneath a dress you won't be taking is off topic. So stop."
His smirk grows into a grin, I haven't seen his white smile in what feels like forever. "Yes ma'am." Now I understand why he thought I was desperately trying to keep my legs together, I can feel it now. "Off the record, I want you back."
"I think we're done here." I stand and he does the same.
"You asked me what I want," he follows me, "you're what I want."
"Let me show you out."
"Your two years are overdue. Come back to me." I move faster starting to hate how spacious this room is. I couldn't even get further away before he tugs my wrist making me almost lose balance because of my heels, I land in his chest. "Please Nadia."
