My Wife Is A Gift From Heaven novel Chapter 26

"Thank god you finally woke up. If you didn't wake up soon, I would have sent you to the hospital. "

"Where am I?"

Lena opened her eyes and looked at a handsome, sunny boy.

"This is my coffee shop. We are in the lounge now. "

"You were going to faint at that time. I happened to pass by, so I helped you here with the waiter. Luckily, you are all right." The boy told her the whole story briefly.

"Thank you." After hearing what he said, Lena felt a little scared, touching her belly.

Baby, I'm sorry. Mommy didn't mean it that way.

"It's okay." The boy shook his hand.

"Well, thank you. Can I leave now?" Lena didn't know how to continue the conversation. She was still a little worried about herself even she was in a strange place with the people who once helped her.

"Okay, okay. Do you need me to call a taxi?" The boy asked with a smile.

"No, the driver is just outside." Lena shook her head.

"Okay."

"My name is Ashley mu. Do come to my coffee shop more often from now on!" The boy named Ashley Mu before Lena walked out of the lounge.

"My name is Lena, Lena Mu."

"Lena?"

The name sounded familiar to him, but he couldn't remember where he had heard it.

"It's a beautiful name and she was a beautiful girl. Unfortunately, she's pregnant! "

It was just an episode in her life.

When Lena arrived home, she threw herself on the bed, with a phone in her hand. Besides, she just dialed a series of number, but she didn't dial it.

Should she call him or not?

Lena didn't know what to do either.

"Bang Bang Bang..." There was a knock on the door, so it must be Ms. Xu.

"The door is not locked." Lena stated lazily.

"Oh, my God! You are the most precious treasure now. What's wrong with you? Are you in a bad mood? "

"Come on, tell Ms. Xu, you know you can turn to me whenever you have anything to say. " Ms. Xu had cooked some millet congee for Lena. When she entered the dining room, she noticed that Lena was in low spirits. She felt very sorry for her, so she quickly put down the bowl and sat beside Lena.

"I'm fine, Ms. Xu." Lena shook her head and felt sad.

"My silly girl, if you have any problems, just tell me. I'm listening. " She had been taken care of Lena since she was a child, and she had been treated as her own daughter. Which was why Ms. Xu felt very sorry for her.

"Ms. Xu, I'm fine. I'm just a little sentimental. " Lena rubbed Ms. Xu's gnarled hand, feeling assured.

"Okay, okay. We are being sentimental. "

"Well, can Lena get up now and have her porridge? "This is Ms. Xu. I have been cooking for three hours! " Ms. Xu said proudly and looked at Lena gently.

"Yes."

The porridge was quite delicious, in which there were soft soybean beans, wheat cereal and grapes. All these were nutritious and good for her body. She also loved eating them.

After she finished the porridge, she felt much better and was not so depressed.

"Ms. Xu, can you help me call Cliff, ask him when he will be back? " Lena smiled sweetly.

"You don't want to call him yourself?" Ms. Xu asked teasingly, as if she was observing the expressions on Lena's face.

"Yes..." Lena pretended to think about it for a while and said, "I want to give Cliff a surprise, so I quit calling. "

"Ms. Xu, will you help me please? " Holding Ms. Xu's hand, Lena acted like a spoiled child.
