Chapter 37
Madison turned to the students and said, “Girls, it’s fine if you don’t want to pay the money, but you may not afford to offend Ms. Preston. If the Preston family holds you accountable, you won’t be able to escape
unscathed.”
Only now did Kara and the others realize that they had been fooled by Daisy. They were filled with anger, and hearing Madison’s words made them hate Daisy.
“Daisy, what do you mean? It was you who asked us to help you vent your anger. You even promised to give each of us a Collins bag when things were settled!‘
“We had no grudges against Miss Guzman. Everything we did was for you. You even suggested that she streak, making her lose her reputation in Norton.”
Madison smiled and looked at Daisy, saying, “Ms. Preston, what terrible thing have I done to make you scheme against me like this?”
The gazes of the onlookers toward Daisy carried a hint of fierceness.
“The young lady has a powerful background and looks noble. But I didn’t expect her to be so malicious.
“The Preston family is a century–old wealthy family in Norxton, but it may not be as decent as it looks.”
Despite harboring deep hatred for Madison, Daisy remembered Regina’s words. She could never expose the relationship between Madison and Neville.
She vented her resentment on Kara and the others, pushing them. “You poor things, don’t slander me! The people I befriend are either rich or noble. But what are you? Don’t shift the blame!”
“Daisy, turns out you’ve always looked down on us, even though we stood up for you!”
“Don’t think you can avoid responsibility. If it weren’t for you, we wouldn’t be burdened with massive debts, becoming the laughingstock of everyone!”
“Let go of me!” Daisy screamed.
The enraged girls surrounded Daisy, hitting her hard.

She was overpowered by the girls, with Raquel and others holding down her arms and legs. Several loud slaps. landed on Daisy’s face, which turned red and swollen immediately.
“Shit, let me go! My brother is Neville. You poor bastards are done for!”
Madison was extremely satisfied with the fight. Suddenly, she thought of Neville being present and looked up at
him.
Coincidentally, Neville was also looking at her, and their
eyes met.
Madison was slightly surprised. She knew Neville didn’t like his sister, but he wouldn’t leave her alone. However, now he seemed like an outsider, watching Daisy being beaten without any intention of intervening.
Madison thought, ‘He is such a cold–hearted man. No wonder he could be so ruthless to me in the past three
years.‘
Madison revealed a relieved smile.
Little did she know that her smile carried a unique charm. In the midst of the fight, she seemed to stand aloof
from the worldly mess.
But Neville felt a tickle in his throat. He raised his hand, irritably tugging at his collar.
Micah reminded him, “Neville, your ex–wife has vented her anger, and Daisy was punished. That’s enough.”
Neville gave him a cold glance.
He didn’t know why Micah thought he was helping Madison vent her anger. He just wanted to give Dalsy a good. lesson. As a noble lady, she should know what to do and what not. What she did just now had brought shame to the family.
“Tell your people to disperse the onlookers and warn them not to leak a word about today’s events,” Neville
said.
“Fine, I’ll handle this.”
Micah walked up and pulled Daisy out of the crowd. A carefree smile was on his face as he said, “Everyone, have you had enough of the excitement? Please delete the photos and videos from your phones. If you dare to leak a single word of what happened today, you know the consequences.”

Chapter 37
In Norxton, everyone knew that Micah was not easy to mess with. What was more, the one beaten was the noble lady of the Preston family. They couldn’t afford to offend both the Myers family and the Preston family.
After everyone deleted the photos and left, Micah noticed that Kara and the other students were still around. He raised an eyebrow and said, “What are you still standing there for? If the Preston family’s lawyer arrives, none of you will be able to leave.”
Kara and the others shivered at once. They had just beaten Daisy.
The Preston family was prestigious, and Neville was so ruthless. They didn’t expect that they could leave
unscathed.
Fearing falling into Neville’s hands, the girls quickly left.
Daisy’s clothes were disheveled, her face swollen, and her makeup smeared, making her look embarrassed.
She had never been in such a sorry state before, and she blamed all of this on Madison. “Bitch, if it weren’t for you sowing discord, these idiots wouldn’t have laid a hand on me!”
After being beaten, Daisy finally understood that Madison’s target wasn’t those poor girls but her.
Madison didn’t deny it and just sneered. “Quite interesting, blaming others for your own mistake.
If Daisy hadn’t schemed against Madison, Madison wouldn’t have fought back..
Daisy rushed towards Madison and said angrily, “You bitch! Why did Neville marry you?”
Neville was implicated by Daisy’s words. He walked over with a stern face, pulling her hard.
“Do you want to be even more of a disgrace?”
Daisy, with teary eyes, said grievously, “Neville, you saw it. This bitch has been plotting against me, wanting to see me embarrassed…”
Neville coldly interrupted, “Shut up!”
Daisy, frightened by his anger, held back her tears.
