"You'd better explain yourself. What's going on here?"

After calming down, Pearl decided to call Ethan to hold him responsible.

Before she was back, he had patted his chest to make a promise that he would behave and take good care of her children and then after he finished all the procedures in USA, he would go back China with them.

"They booked their flight tickets with my phone."

"So where were you? Did you hook up with women again? You didn't even know that they used your phone?"

"That's not my fault. I woke up just two hours ago. Can you believe it? Your twins played tricks on me. They gave me some sleeping pills, so I slept for a whole day. I missed a dozen calls from the hospital. And now I'm getting dressed and need go to the hospital right now..."

Hearing this, Pearl poked Bonny. The little girl was eating a peach next to her. She asked her in a lower voice, "You two drugged Ethan?"

Bonny just blinked at Pearl innocently and shook her head. She licked the juice on her lips. "What's drug?"

Well, so it was definitely Bonny.

Pearl knew her daughter well. It spelled trouble when Bonny tried to act cute. Pearl even wanted awarded Bonny an Oscar for it.

"Are the two troublemakers all right?" Ethan just put on his pants and was ready to leave.

"They're here, safe and fine. Or I wouldn't just call you."

"I need hang up. If I don't go to the hospital soon, the dean will kill me."

"Hey, wait. When are you coming back?" Pearl looked at the twins. She put her hand on the forehead for some water. She continued, "I can't handle them alone."

"Heartless woman, Pearl, they're your kids! No only should I change their diapers when they were young, I also need to help you to raise them? Am I your nanny? What kind of mother are you?"

"I need your help." Pearl leaned on the bar counter. She added causally, "Anyway, they also grew up with you. I can't handle them. You have to come back as soon as possible, or I'll die."
