Chapter 94
It was a good thing Manuel reacted swiftly, trying to block Selings kick with his hands. Hut the sheer force of the kick was astonishing! Manuel hadn’t expected Selina, a woman, to burst out with such strength. He lost his balance and crashed backward. Tumbling down, he face–planted into the dirt. It all happened in the blink of an eye.
Renee had just realized what was going on and was about to help Manuel up when another cup smashed right in front of her. Startled, she instinctively stepped back, and in the next second, Selina’s foot was on Manuel’s chest, pinning him down while she wielded a liquor bottle in her hand.
“Don’t even try to play the family card, Selina snapped, “I have nothing to do with the Harvey family. You’re not worthy. I’ve got my friends and my mentor–that’s enough!”
Manuel’s eyes were bloodshot with rage. “Selina, have you lost your mind? How dare you do this to me! I am your brother!”
He tried to push himself up, but Selina’s foot seemed to possess some sort of magic, rendering him utterly powerless with its weight on his chest.
With a sneer, Selina unscrewed the cap with a karate chop and mocked, “My brother? You wish! Hearing you say that word now just makes me sick!”
She then began to pour the entire bottle over his face. The blood–red liquid forced his mouth shut as the strong smell of alcohol invaded his nostrils, nearly suffocating him. Manuel could do nothing but endure the profound humiliation under everyone’s watchful eyes.
Manuel now harbored a desire to take Selina down with him. That woman had repeatedly trampled on Manuel’s dignity First, she set him up and sent him to jail, tainting his record. Now, in front of a crowd at the Starlight Club, she had him under her foot while she drenched him in alcohol.
The scene was so shocking that the onlookers forgot about their phones and didn’t even think to record.
Only Lydia, full of satisfaction, raised her phone to capture the moment. “Yes, Selina, that’s how you do it! Crush these
losers!”
After emptying the bottle, Selina clicked her tongue lightly. “Loun XIII from 1998, what a waste. Consider it a treat. Manuel. And listen up—if you come at me with your nonsense again, I’ll hit you every time I see you,”
The Harvey family had really crossed Selina. Back when she was meek, cautious, and timid, begging would never even earn her a second glance from Manuel. All it did was allow him to bully her even more brutally. Now that Selina had cut ties and was her own person, with no connection to the Harveys, it was as if they were strangers. Yet, Manuel had the audacity to shamelessly claim kinship, talking about blood ties and calling her sister.
To Selina, these words were just revolting and nauseating. She felt like throwing up everything she had eaten the night
before.
Selina released her grip and Renee immediately went to help Manuel up, fiercely saying, “Selina, do you really think you can get away with what you’ve done? We could call the cops on you!
“Go ahead, call them, Selina retorted with disdain. “After all, there are so many witnesses here. Who was it that couldn’t keep their mouth shut and provoked first? And… Manuel, if you could let go of your manhood, why not throw a tantrum like your girlfriend, you might even gain some sympathy.”
The crowd erupted with laughter at Selina’s comment.
Indeed, sweetheart, we can vouch for you. We saw that guy attempt to throw the first punch!”
“One man hitting a woman is bad enough, but losing that fight? Talk about a disgrace to our gender.”

Chapter 94
Just get out of here, man. Don’t embarrass yourself here!”

Surrounded by faces eager to kick someone when down, Rence was stunned: “You… have you all lost your minds? The one who got beat up is Manuel! He’s the fifth young master of the Harvey family! How can you say such things? Jennifer…
She looked around; Jennifer had disappeared long ago, knowing all too well Selina’s ferocity and being fully aware that Selina was legally Trevon’s wife. Starlight Club was Trevon’s turf–making a scene there was practically asking for trouble.
“Oh wow, the mighty fifth young master of the Harvey’s, so impressive,” mocked a voice in the crowd. “We get it, but does getting beaten by a beauty mean you have to pull rank? This isn’t the Middle Ages, don’t make us lose respect for you.

Someone hidden within the crowd was egging on the situation. After all, Manuel didn’t know who it was; adding fuel to the fire felt too good an opportunity to jeer at the well–known Harvey scion to pass up.
Selina herself couldn’t help but laugh; this guy was truly adding insult to injury, a real piece of work.
“Renee, enough, stop talking. Manuel said irritably. He thought, Does this woman really want to embarrass me even more?”
Renee instantly shut her mouth, looking at Manuel with a hurt expression.
